By placing your items with Laundry Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Exclusions to Service

Laundry Hub does not offer pest control services nor do we launder items where mold or human or animal excrement is present. Please do not place any orders for items that may contain pests such as bedbugs, roaches, etc., or any form of mold or mildew, or human or animal excrements.

Any order found with the conditions mentioned above will not be processed and a minimum administrative charge of $50 will be applied. Civil action may also be initiated against the customer for any damages suffered by Laundry Hub, its customers, staff, contractors or agents as a result of orders being delivered to Laundry Hub in violation of these terms.

Minimum Order Size

The minimum order for wash and fold is 15lbs. If a wash & fold order minimum level of 15 pounds is not reached, Laundry Hub will apply a charge for the minimum order amount.

Damaged Items

We take the utmost care of your garments as it is our number one priority. While we are very cautious to treat all garments carefully, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in the fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against colour loss, colour bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics; or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Laundry Hub’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed five (5) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Any damaged items must be reported and returned to Laundry for inspection within 5 business days.

Lost Items

Any lost item must be reported within 7 days of the delivery of the garments. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost twenty (20) days after the initial claim has been made. Any wash and fold items deemed lost shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, but in any case reimbursement for lost wash and fold items shall not exceed five (5) times the price of the weight of the wash and fold load.

Loose Items

We request that all items be removed from pockets prior to submission for garment cleaning. Laundry Hub, its employees, contractors or agents, are not responsible for items, or damages caused by items left in garments such as jewelry, watches, cash, pens, crayons, markers, lipstick, gum, detachable buttons, cuff-links, belts, broaches, strings, laces, hoods or loose items on garments, etc.

We ask customers to ensure that they check all items and remove all contents from the pockets or affixed to their garments before giving them for servicing. Laundry Hub is in no way responsible for damages caused to the garments due to the presence of any aforementioned items or the like.


Laundry Hub reserves the right to keep records of your garments and retain, store, display or reproduce such records which may include images or photographs, and associate such records with your name or other profile information for commercially reasonable periods for archival, inventory purposes, quality control, loss prevention, and or data collection.

Turnaround Time

Service days and turnaround time vary by location. Laundry Hub will make its best reasonable effort to return clothes within 48 to 72 hours of drop-off; however, we do not guarantee turnaround times and assume no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to a delay in service.


All prices are in CAD and subject to HST of 13%. In any discrepancy between printed and online pricing, the online posted pricing will be applied.

Quotations, if required must be requested before placing your order. In case of any order cancellation, after a pickup has occurred, a $30 charge will be applied. For quotations after an order has been picked up, please send us a request in writing to service@laundryhub.ca. We will provide a quote if the plant has not yet started the order. If the order is being processed or has been processed, we will provide an invoice for the order which is due and payable prior to delivery.

Late Payment Fees

Payments for all order are due before delivery. Laundry Hub will invoice the customer prior to delivery. If payment is not received or we are unable to complete a charge transaction as provided by the customer, then a late payment charge of 2% (compounded daily) will be applied to the outstanding balance till a payment has been finalized. The late payment fee is calculated from the delivery date set till the date of settlement.


If payment has not been received, Laundry Hub will contact the customer by telephone, text message or email to secure payment. Orders that have not been paid for within 30 days of the pickup date will be considered abandoned and all property will be disposed of or donated to a local charity. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, Laundry Hub reserves the right to pursue legal action to seek compensation for cost and damages relating to the order.

Maximum Storage

Laundry Hub can hold your clothes for a maximum of one week or as agreed upon prior to the commencement of service. If the period extends beyond that, then Laundry Hub may charge customers storage fees of $5 per day.

Discounts, Special Pricing & Coupons

Discounts, special pricing and coupons are not combinable. Only one will be applied per order unless specifically stated in writing by Laundry Hub. If two are available and not combinable, the greater percentage discount listed of the two will be applied to the order.

Referral Codes

Each account holder is given a referral code (in format LHXXXX). Referral codes are to be used to refer new clients to the service and to provide a discount to the referred person. Referral codes are not for use by the referring in their own account e.g. self-use. If an account is found to have used a code in this manner, Laundry Hub will have the right to charge to the account a fee in the same amount as the discount received

Order Cancellation

In the case of client canceling an order(s) after it has been picked up and before the service has started; a service fee of $30 will incur as a “Cancellation Charge” per order type. No cancellation is permitted if cleaning service has been initiated for the order(s).
